Eli- After a 14hr flight to Doha, 4hr flight to Nairobi, 1hr flight to Kisumu and 2hr drive to Busia, I was able to listen to Jeremy (my dad) preach to a Kenyan congregation of around 100 people. There, we saw many young people raise their hand to step out and rise up within their communities. I was lucky enough to sing a song of blessing over the church and got to meet and talk to many of the people there. We continue to thank GVCF church members for their continuous prayers for transformation within parts of Africa. π°πͺ
Jeremy – Thank the lord for no jet-lag despite long days and long flights, and arduous conditions, we are already adapted to the new timezone
Samuel – Itβs so good to be back in Kenya. What a special and unique place. Iβm simultaneously encouraged by faithful, God-fearing Christians full of hope, whilst confronted with the hopeless lot of so many. Surely the gospel is their only hope. And ours.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13
